Sharla and her husband Robert have recently started a new adventure in life. Robert decided to go to preaching school after being a Pulpit Minister for 8 years and a Youth Minister for 5 years. He is attending Brown Trail School of Preaching where Sharla is attending the very rigorous wives classes and where she also attended a class in Christian counseling. They have two sons: Cash, 21 who just graduated from Brown Trail; and Keyton, a 16-year-old learning to drive. She is currently in the latter stages of homeschooling and has enjoyed all 21 years that she has been able to stay home and teach them.  Sharla has a degree in Sociology from Henderson State University, with an emphasis in Child Development and a minor in Psychology. Before becoming a mom, she was a Child Abuse Investigator and also worked for Early Childhood Intervention as a case worker. Sharla loves teaching women, teen girls, and children’s classes.
